REACH 2024 runs from 5pm Wednesday, July 10th to 2pm Sunday, July 14th

We are still determining the price for REACH this year, but last year’s registration fee was $200.

This covers the cost of food, lodging, transportation, books, tracts, and a t-shirt for the entire 5 days of REACH.

REACH is a local missions trip and there will be 50+ people at home base. We strongly suggest to pack light!

Here is our official REACH Packing List

Our main goal at REACH is to equip young people with the tools to share the gospel effectively and to go out and use those skills to share the gospel with others.

REACH brings together a community of like-minded believers who can encourage, challenge, and inspire other followers of Jesus to share the gospel wherever they go.

Luke 10:2 says:

Then he said to his disciples “The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

We pray that you would strongly consider joining us at REACH this year as one of our missionary laborers!

Awesome! We’re so happy that you’re planning to be a part of REACH this year!

Even though REACH is a local missions trip based out of Pasadena, MD, it is STILL a missions trip! We encourage you to ask your friends, family, and church community to help sponsor you with their financial support. Many people are unable to attend missions trips either locally or internationally, and one of the main means of supporting missions outside of participation is with financial support!

You can use our missions financial support letter to give your friends a little more info about REACH.

Alternatively, you can consider doing a fundraiser or setting aside money that you would otherwise use for non-essential purchases such as coffee, fast-food, movies, etc.

Lastly, if you desire to come to REACH and are unable to raise funds on your own, please contact us for further financial support options.

Welcome to the team! We’re excited to have you and we can’t wait to get to know you!

When you arrive, one of our leaders will be ready to greet you and help you with your bags and then introduce you to your team. Each missionary is assigned a mentor. Each team consists of about 15 people and  has two team leaders who will guide your team through everything during the week.

REACH’s home base is made of two adjacent houses in a cul-de-sac located in a quiet Pasadena, MD neighborhood. The main house serves as our kitchen and guys dorm, the secondary house serves and the girls dorm. Most of the food is home cooked, and it’s delicious! Over the years we have been served delicious meals like pulled pork, lasagna, breakfast casseroles, sandwiches, fresh veggies, fruit, and more. You will definitely NOT go hungry! We also take care of any dietary restrictions like peanut, gluten, and dairy allergies. Just be sure to let us know when you register!

The first two days of REACH are dedicated to training, where we gather under our big tent in the back yard and learn about the tools and practical application of sharing the gospel with the lost. Plan on participating in some gospel sharing role play, scripture memory challenges, worship, and fellowship!

After all the training is finished, Thursday night is Commissioning Night, where we come together and commission our group to go out and share the gospel. Your friends, family and church leaders are invited to fellowship with us on this exciting occasion!

The last three days of REACH, we go out and practice what we’ve learned. First stop is the assisted living homes. We sing, socialize, pray with them, and bless them with our smiles and attention! Then we hit the streets of Baltimore or Annapolis. Don’t worry, if you’ve never shared the gospel before, we have veteran trainers to pair you with to show you the ropes.

Each night, after returning from our mission sites, we gather for a debrief session to share testimonies and talk about challenges we faced during the day. It’s a good time to gather our thoughts, revel in God’s glory, and pray for lost souls we’ve encountered.

If you think REACH has no time for fun, you’d be wrong. Throughout the course of the five days of REACH, there will be team time and free time to play games and relax. There’s a volleyball net, a pool, and plenty of people to get to know better!

Take a look at our sample schedule!

Sample schedule for a typical week at REACH

Unfortunately, we don’t allow partial attendance for first year attendees, and only upon case-by-case approval for past REACH attendees. Enrollment space is limited, so we want to prioritize those who are able to attend for the full five days first.

REACH is a non-denominational event. Our singular focus is to equip, train, and enable young people to share the gospel effectively with the lost. We are a collective group of Bible-believing Christians that come from several different church denominations and backgrounds. We acknowledge that some may have differing doctrinal beliefs, however our operating principle is to set them aside during our time at REACH for the greater message of the gospel.
